Baghdad: Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi affirmed on Sunday that the government will work with Paris and Berlin to open new avenues for cooperation and investment. The announcement was made in anticipation of his upcoming official visit to France and Germany, where he will lead a high-level delegation to discuss potential partnerships.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister’s Media Office released a video statement revealing the planned diplomatic engagements. The statement emphasized Iraq’s intent to regain its international standing by fostering relationships grounded in mutual interests. With regards to France, Prime Minister Al-Zaidi highlighted the aim to explore new opportunities for cooperation, investment, and development.
