Istanbul: Turkish Foreign Ministry Spokesperson €š¬…¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦‚¬Å“nc Ke§ali announced that the second round of peace negotiations held in Istanbul between Russia and Ukraine concluded without any negative outcomes. This statement followed the trilateral meeting involving Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine, which aims to resolve the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place at the €š¬…¡¬¡iragan Palace in Istanbul and was overseen by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. Additional Turkish officials in attendance included Ibrahim Kalin, the head of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT), and General Metin Gurak, Chief of the General Staff.

The Russian delegation was represented by Vladimir Medinsky, Advisor to President Vladimir Putin, along with Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin, and Igor Kostyukov, Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff. The Ukrainian team included Defense Minister Rustam Umarov, Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsya, Deputy Director of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Poklad, and Deputy Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleh Luhovsky.

Previously, on May 15 and 16, Istanbul hosted peace talks between the two nations, resulting in an agreement to exchange 2,000 prisoners. The ongoing discussions reflect continued efforts to find a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
