Settlers Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque Amid Tight Security

Al-quds: Dozens of settlers today stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque under heavy protection from the Israeli occupation police.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Islamic Waqf Department in occupied al-Quds reported that the Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, led the incursion alongside groups of settlers on the last day of the Jewish Feast of Tabernacles. The department indicated that the settlers conducted provocative tours within the mosque’s courtyards and performed Talmudic rituals in the eastern section, under tight security protection.

This incident coincided with the occupation forces tightening military measures at the mosque’s gates and in the Old City, imposing strict restrictions on worshippers and Jerusalemites. The event marks the second time within a week that Ben-Gvir has led an incursion into Al-Aqsa Mosque.
