Tehran: Speaker of Parliament Haibat al-Halbousi arrived in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Friday. He was invited by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to participate in the official farewell ceremonies for the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the visit marks a significant diplomatic engagement between the two nations, as al-Halbousi joins other international dignitaries in honoring the legacy of Ayatollah Khamenei.
