Basra: A technical problem with the electrical system has resulted in a complete blackout across Basra Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the issue with the electrical system caused a disruption in power supply, plunging the entire governorate into darkness. Efforts are currently underway to identify and resolve the issue to restore electricity to the affected areas.
