Baghdad: The exchange rate of the US dollar rose this morning, Monday, with the opening of the local stock exchange in Baghdad. The dollar reached 152,800 Iraqi dinars per 100 dollars in Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges in Baghdad, compared to 152,600 dinars per 100 dollars yesterday, Sunday.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the selling price at currency exchange shops in Baghdad’s local markets was 153,250 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying price was 152,250 dinars per 100 dollars. In contrast, in Erbil, the dollar’s price saw a slight decrease, with the selling price reaching 152,400 dinars per 100 dollars and the buying price at 152,350 dinars per 100 dollars.
