Basra: The Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, welcomed the new Egyptian Consul General, Dr. Abeer Bassiouni Radwan, as she commenced her responsibilities at the consulate. This meeting marked the beginning of Dr. Radwan’s official duties in the province.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the discussions during the meeting focused on exploring opportunities for joint cooperation between Basra and Egypt. Both parties expressed their commitment to enhancing relations and working towards mutual benefits for their respective countries.
