Baghdad: The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the availability of scholarships offered by the University of Tsukuba in Japan for the year 2027, specifically targeting non-employees who wish to pursue Master’s degrees.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry’s Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations specified that the available studies will be focused on Economic Policy and Public Policy. Interested applicants should note that the deadline for application submissions is November 15, 2026.
