Tourism Authority Hosts Training Course on Workplace Etiquette and Protocol Skills


Baghdad: The Tourism Authority has successfully organized a training course titled ‘Workplace Etiquette and Protocol’ at the Samir Amis Hall. The course was conducted by lecturer Asil Hussein Alawi, focusing on the development of employees’ skills in formal interactions and professional communication, which is expected to lead to improved job performance and a more professional image.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the course addressed various topics concerning workplace etiquette, principles of interaction and communication, as well as the fundamentals of protocol and official ceremonies. It also included strategies for managing guests and participants during official events and meetings.



This initiative is a part of the Tourism Authority’s ongoing programs designed to enhance the skills of its employees and raise their professional competence. It aligns with the requirements of institutional work, aimed at strengthening the institution’s professional and positive image in all its official dealings.
