Baghdad: US President Donald Trump announced, at dawn today, Sunday, Baghdad time, the launch of an airstrike on nuclear sites in Iran. Trump wrote in a tweet via his official account on the X platform, “We have completed our very successful attack on three nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan,” adding, “All aircraft are now out of Iranian airspace. A full load of bombs was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All aircraft returned safely and are now on their way home.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Trump added, “Congratulations to our great American warriors. No military power in the world can do this. Now is the time for peace. Thank you for your attention.”
