Baghdad: The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Extraction Affairs, Naseer Aziz, met with the Executive Director of Siemens Energy in Iraq, Muhannad Al-Saffar, to discuss cooperation on oil, gas, and renewable energy projects.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting was held today and included discussions about the ongoing and future projects between Siemens and the Ministry of Oil. Mohammed Issa Qasim, the Business Development Manager in Iraq, was also present at the meeting. The dialogue focused on reviewing the latest technological advancements and exploring opportunities to enhance cooperation in the energy sector.

Al-Saffar expressed Siemens Energy’s commitment to supporting the Ministry’s initiatives. He highlighted the company’s readiness to aid in developing the oil and gas industry and in expanding renewable energy projects through the use of modern technologies and specialized expertise.
