Washington: The United States is urging its citizens in the Middle East to exercise caution. The United States called on American citizens in the Middle East on Saturday to exercise extreme caution.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the US emphasized that "the security situation in the Middle East remains complex, with the potential for unexpected escalation," noting that "American citizens should be prepared for the possibility of flight cancellations, temporary airspace closures, and travel disruptions."

It added that "some airlines in the region have postponed the resumption of their previous flight schedules, while others have canceled some of their routes," urging American citizens to "consider the option of departing, or be prepared to depart in the event of any escalation." The statement also indicated that "real-time flight arrival and departure information can be monitored through dedicated websites."
