Diwaniyah: The Diwaniyah Environment Department has announced the detection of numerous violations of environmental regulations at several landfill sites within the province, posing a threat to the local environment.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Diwaniyah Environment Director Mukhlid Hakim stated that the relevant departments within the directorate have been directed to take immediate legal and technical measures.
