Baghdad: President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidan, discussed on Thursday with Iraq’s Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Yasser Abdul-Zahra Al-Hajjaj, the outcomes of his recent visit to Tehran and the talks held on strengthening judicial and legal cooperation between the two countries.

According to Iraqi News Agency, a statement issued by the Supreme Judicial Council indicated that Judge Faiq Zidan received Iraq’s Ambassador to Iran, Yasser Abdul-Zahra Al-Hajjaj. The meeting focused on reviewing the outcomes from the Council President’s recent visit to Iran, emphasizing the talks on enhancing judicial and legal cooperation between Iraq and Iran.
