Allaq Discusses With The Canadian Institute of Electronic Governance Ways To Apply Its Systems

BAGHDAD / The Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Mahdi al-Allaq discussed with the director of the Canadian Institute for electronic governance Marie Antoinette, the possibility of the implementation of the rehabilitation of the liberated areas programs and the preparation of government cadres and systems that contribute to the providing services to citizens as soon as possible.

Allaq, during his meeting with Director of the Institute and accompanied delegation of experts and academics, confirmed the importance of applying electronic administrative regulations in force in the world at the local level in line with the reality of the country.

He also stressed the important of the projects undertaken by Canadian institutions in Iraq and the assistance provided by the Canadian government, where aid in these fields provided by the government estimated $ 250 million, which can be used to develop capacity at the three levels federal government, decentralization and crisis management. "

For its part, Director of the Institute reviewed her potential of her government and the Institute to help and find the best ways to learn about the practice and transfer experience and doing qualifying courses for the cadres in various Iraqi provinces, in cooperation with civilian crisis cell, through field visits to be conducted by the delegation to the various provinces.
