Sulaymaniyah / NINA/ The Second Deputy Secretary-General of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) Barham Saleh said "it is time to form an effective government conducts radical administrative reforms in the Kurdistan region," calling on political parties to leave the political slogans and auctions at the expense of citizens.

Saleh stressed the need for "forming an effective government conducts administrative and financial reforms to get out of the crisis afflicting the province of Kurdistan ", also called on Kurdish political parties to "leave the political slogans and auctions in terms of living conditions of citizens who suffer difficult conditions because of the accumulation of problems and internal disputes.
With regard to the initiative of the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, who called to appoint a person to the post of presidency of the region, he explained that "this initiative has great importance and might be a way to pass the difficult stage through which the Kurdistan region passes," .
