Hakim Calls To Return Unity And Cohesion Between Baghdad And Kurdistan

Baghdad - The head of the National Alliance Ammar al-Hakim called for the return of unity and cohesion between Baghdad and the Kurdistan region and address the problems of the people of Kurdistan.

"Let this death to be the beginning of a new page that will consolidate harmony and coexistence among the people of the same homeland, let's change this loss into a great tributary and an important pillar to our unity," he said during a funeral ceremony for the change movement's secretary-general, Nushirwan Mustafa.

Hakim added, "We do not have, but each other, and we have to sit at the table of dialogue and address the problems between Kurdistan and Baghdad to come back unified and cohesive and address the problems of the people of Kurdistan."
