Int’l Coalition Aircraft Kill And Wound 22 Terrorists South Of Kirkuk

KIRKUK / A security source in Kirkuk announced the killing and wounding of 22 Daesh militants in an air strike targeted a gathering of them south of Kirkuk.

The source said that Daesh militants were gathering near Rashad region, south of Kirkuk, in an attempt to attack the Peshmerga forces or the Turkmen mobilization forces, south of Kirkuk or Alas oil field near Hamrin Mountains, and they were targeted by the international coalition, killing 15 and wounding seven others.

He said Daesh is trying to assemble its forces to carry out attacks on military sites south of Kirkuk or the oil fields in Alas and Ajil south of Kirkuk.
