Munich: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani received British National Security Adviser Jonathan Powell in Munich to discuss security coordination between the two countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Prime Minister’s Media Office confirmed that the meeting focused on bilateral relations and security coordination, building upon the joint security defense declaration established during al-Sudani’s visit to Britain last month.

The British National Security Adviser emphasized to the Prime Minister the success of al-Sudani’s previous visit to Britain and reiterated Britain’s commitment to coordinating with Iraq on various regional issues and current events.
