Baghdad: The Arab Summit Media Committee has announced the successful arrival of all international press teams tasked with covering the Arab Summit meetings in Baghdad. According to National Iraqi News Agency, Haider Majeed, a member of the Media Committee, confirmed that a total of 781 journalists are participating in the summit coverage. This group includes 400 Iraqi journalists and 381 journalists from various Arab and foreign media outlets, spanning visual, print, and audio platforms. Majeed noted that all international press teams arrived in Baghdad on Friday via Baghdad International Airport. The government facilitated their arrival by providing necessary support through diplomatic and official channels, including assistance from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Interior, Iraqi missions abroad, and an electronic platform for granting direct and free entry visas. Currently, 82 journalists are in the process of obtaining their identification badges from Ministry of Interior staff and the summit's media press center. This task is being managed by a supervisory team formed by the Prime Minister's Office and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, ensuring the smooth distribution of identification badges to journalists involved in the summit coverage.
