Breaking: Pakistani President Arrives in Baghdad on Official Visit


Baghdad: The President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, arrived in Baghdad this evening for an official visit to the country.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, a welcoming ceremony for the Pakistani President is scheduled for tomorrow at Baghdad Palace. The agenda includes bilateral talks between President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid and President Zardari, followed by expanded discussions involving the Iraqi and Pakistani delegations.



President Asif Zardari’s arrival at Baghdad International Airport was marked by a reception led by the Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities, Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani. He was accompanied by the head of the honor guard and several senior officials from the Presidency of the Republic.
