Maysan: A joint security force arrested four suspects for various crimes during raids and searches conducted by detachments from the Karama Police Department, with support from the Federal Police, Maysan Emergency Regiments, and units from the Iraqi Army.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Maysan Police Command stated in a statement that the security operations led to the seizure of various firearms and binoculars found with the suspects. These operations followed precise field efforts that helped in identifying the suspects’ locations, surrounding them, and successfully executing the security operation.

The Command confirmed that the necessary legal measures were taken against the suspects. They, along with the seized items, were handed over to the competent authorities according to protocol. The Command also stressed the continuation of security campaigns to enhance security and stability in the province.
