Baghdad: The commander of Baghdad Operations for the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), Hussein al-Samahi, confirmed the success of the security and service plan implemented for the Rajab pilgrimage, noting that the pilgrimage passed without any significant incidents or security breaches.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, during the PMF’s closing conference, al-Samahi stated that this year’s pilgrimage was markedly different from previous years in terms of the high level of organization and coordination. He explained that the plan was meticulously prepared and executed with the active participation of security forces, relevant service departments, and the Husseini processions.
