Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani emphasized the importance of expediting the completion of the remaining constitutional requirements according to the specified timelines.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Prime Minister’s media office detailed that al-Sudani held a meeting with Shaswar Abdulwahid, head of the New Generation Movement, and Sarwa Abdulwahid, the head of the movement’s parliamentary bloc. The meeting focused on the latest developments in the country and highlighted the need for national forces to unify positions and visions to sustain the reform process and continue reconstruction and development projects nationwide.

The meeting underscored the urgency of completing the remaining constitutional requirements while adhering to the voters’ will and choices. This initiative aims to proceed with the formation of a government capable of implementing the priorities of the current stage, completing the reform process, and achieving economic recovery.
