Nineveh: The Nineveh Operations Command confirmed the stability of the security situation along the border strip within its area of responsibility, noting that border guard forces continue to carry out their duties around the clock.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a source in the Command stated that “the deployed units are operating according to well-studied security plans and are coordinating continuously with security and intelligence agencies to ensure that no breaches occur.”

The source added that “the security situation is stable and there are no indications of any threat,” emphasizing the forces’ readiness to deal with any emergency to maintain the security of citizens.
