Al-hakim: The head of the National State Forces Alliance and leader of the National Hikma Movement, Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim, called on Tuesday for the state to have a monopoly on the use of force through dialogue and understanding, a constitutional and legal requirement.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Hakim’s media office stated in a press release that “the head of the National State Forces Alliance and leader of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, met with a group of female leaders of the National Wisdom Movement in Muthanna Governorate, congratulating them on the approaching anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad’s birth and the birth of his grandson, Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (peace be upon him).”

Al-Hakim called for emulating the Prophet and his noble character, emphasizing the importance of each individual bearing responsibility for the others; empowering competent women and discovering their potential, as leadership is about influence; and the necessity of serving citizens and enduring hardship for the sake of the Iraqi people.

He pointed to the nature of the reform projects and the magnitude of the challenges they face, calling for accepting these challenges and explaining the project, stipulating that for influence to be effective, “the influencer must possess the power of persuasion and a deep understanding of the project.”

He reiterated his call for the state to have a monopoly on the use of force through dialogue and understanding, a constitutional and legal requirement, emphasizing his support for the anti-corruption campaign and the necessity of its continuation, with a focus on major cases.
