Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein Receives Credentials from New Czech Ambassador


Baghdad:Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein received a copy of credentials from Petr Kavan, the new Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Iraq, during a meeting at the Ministry’s headquarters.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Foreign Minister welcomed Ambassador Kavan and wished him success in his diplomatic role. He also assured the Ministry’s readiness to provide support and facilities to ensure the envoy’s mission contributes to strengthening bilateral relations.



The discussions between the two officials focused on enhancing the relationship between Iraq and the Czech Republic. They explored ways to develop their cooperation in areas of mutual interest for the benefit of both nations and their citizens.



Ambassador Kavan expressed his country’s eagerness to fortify relations with Iraq and continue bilateral cooperation and coordination in the future.
