Sanaa:Lieutenant General Mohammed Abdul-Wahab Sukkar, Commander of the Border Forces of Iraq, met with Major General Mijbil Fahd bin Shawq, Head of the Kuwaiti Border Security and Coast Guard Sector, to discuss security cooperation.

According to Iraqi News Agency, The meeting took place at a border point on the Kuwaiti side of the shared border. Discussions focused on developing joint security efforts, enhancing coordination and information exchange, and addressing issues of mutual interest.

The importance of maintaining communication and cooperation between the relevant agencies of Iraq and Kuwait was emphasized, aiming to reinforce the security and stability of the border region and serve the shared interests of both countries.
