Hanoi:First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Adnan Faihan Al-Dulaimi, discussed the state of investment and economic activity with the Parliamentary Investment and Development Committee. The meeting included merchants and representatives from various local companies and focused on addressing key challenges and obstacles in the sector affecting economic activities.

Accourding to National Iraqi News Agency, Faihan, who chaired the meeting, stressed the need for urgent and effective measures to regulate market dynamics and maintain stability. He highlighted that such measures should align with citizens’ interests and protect their purchasing power.

Faihan further emphasized the importance of considering the circumstances of vulnerable groups in government measures to avoid additional burdens. He advocated for developing practical solutions to issues faced by merchants and investors, aiming to revitalize economic activity and enhance the investment environment in the country.
