Hanoi:Kurdistan The Ministry of Finance and Economy in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq announced the deposit of funds for September salaries into its bank account.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a total of 835,553,000,000 dinars was deposited into the Ministry’s bank account as funding for the September salaries of employees in the Kurdistan Region.

The Ministry also highlighted that the Federal Ministry of Finance had previously deducted 120,000,000,000 dinars, which represented a share of non-oil federal treasury revenues for September, from the total salary allocations.

Additionally, 4,961,000,000 dinars was deducted from the September salary allocations to address outstanding salary dues for civil and military retirees from prior months. The Ministry stated that the salary schedule will be published today.
