Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi discussed with his Turkish counterpart Ben Ali Yildirm, oil and energy files and the problem of severe shortage of water resources.
During his meeting with the Turkish Prime Minister, Al-Abadi welcomed the development of relations with Turkey and thanked him for his contribution to the Iraq reconstruction conference held recently in Kuwait, calling for strengthening bilateral relations on the basis of good neighborliness, respect for national sovereignty and mutual interests between the two peoples and neighboring countries.
