Baghdad Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Bashir Al-Haddad, called on the federal government to implement the Federal Budget Law, which was voted by the House of Representatives on 31 March.

Al-Haddad said, according to a statement by his media office, that despite the differences and problems, the House of Representatives was able to pass this important law that touches the lives of citizens who were optimistic at the time.

Al-Haddad expressed his concern about the federal government’s delay in the routine procedures that delayed the implementation of the articles and paragraphs of the budget law, which increases the suffering of citizens, calling for the speedy sending of financial allocations to all governorates of Iraq and empower local administrations in implementing service projects and accelerate construction, reconstruction and sustainable development in order to achieve stability and prosperity in the country. “
