Baghdad: Parliament Speaker Haibat al-Halbousi affirmed on Monday that the judiciary and parliament have taken measures, in cooperation with the executive authority, to combat corruption.

According to Iraqi News Agency, al-Halbousi stated in a statement that the collaboration between the judiciary and parliament aims to address corruption issues. He emphasized that this joint effort includes the executive authority and clarified that "there is no immunity for the corrupt."
