Baghdad: Electricity Minister Ali Saadi Wahib launched the electronic platform for citizen and employee affairs and complaints on Thursday. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the platform was developed by the Ministry of Electricity's staff, aiming to facilitate the Ministry's digital transformation and streamline its procedures.

The Ministry's statement highlighted that the platform enables citizens and Ministry employees to electronically submit and track complaints, requests, and reports. It also allows users to report violations and cases of corruption, and to request meetings with the Minister. This initiative is designed to reduce bureaucracy, expedite responses, and enhance direct communication with both citizens and employees.

Additionally, the statement emphasized that the platform ensures complaints and requests reach the appropriate authorities and are addressed in line with legal and administrative procedures, eliminating the necessity for in-person visits.
