Baghdad: Civil Defense teams extinguished a fire that broke out inside a building in the Kadhimiya district of Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Civil Defense Directorate stated in a press release that the fire occurred inside a two-story building located in the Bab al-Darwaza market in Kadhimiya. The building housed clothing stores and was found to have violated safety regulations and Civil Defense requirements.

The Directorate confirmed that the fire was successfully extinguished without any reported injuries.
