Muscat: The Iranian delegation in Oman is discussing the full reopening of the central passage through the Strait of Hormuz to navigation. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi arrived in Muscat today at the head of a delegation on a visit to the Sultanate of Oman.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the talks are focused on ensuring that the vital waterway, which is a crucial conduit for global oil shipping, remains fully open to navigation. The discussions are ongoing as both nations seek to enhance maritime security and facilitate uninterrupted passage through this strategic strait.
