Vienna: The Iranian mission in Vienna has urged the international community to condemn the targeting of infrastructure and civilians, emphasizing the need for global action during the 66th session of Working Group B of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO).

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Iranian delegation underscored the significant role of the CTBTO in maintaining international peace and security. The delegation’s statement highlighted actions they described as illegal by the United States and Israel, particularly against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Permanent Mission of Iran in Vienna issued a press release detailing these concerns, pointing to incidents involving the targeting of civilians, civilian infrastructure, schools, hospitals, oil depots, and residential areas. The mission called for a unified and strong condemnation of such actions by the international community.
