Baghdad: The Ministry of Justice, through its Execution Department, has successfully completed 1,701 execution files using an electronic automation system across four key directorates in Baghdad: Al-Shaab, Al-Doura, Al-Ghazaliya, and Al-Kadhimiyah. This achievement marks significant progress in the ministry's digital transformation initiative, as it moves towards a fully integrated electronic work environment.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Rasti Yousef Hamid, the Director General of the Execution Department, highlighted the positive impact of adopting the electronic automation system. He stated that the system has streamlined citizen transactions, simplified procedures, and enhanced performance efficiency, aligning with the Ministry of Justice's goals to advance judicial services and deliver them with high quality and speed.

Hamid further explained that the project is being carried out under the direct supervision of the Minister of Justice, Khaled Shawani. It forms part of a strategic plan aimed at expanding the electronic automation system to all execution directorates, with future plans to implement it across all governorates. This will advance digital transformation, align with modern administrative systems, and support the principles of e-governance while improving institutional performance.

The successful outcomes in the four directorates demonstrate the project's effectiveness and set the stage for its broader application. The initiative aims to offer citizens more efficient, faster, and accurate services, thereby contributing to the ongoing modernization and development efforts at the Ministry of Justice.
