Ankara: Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim arrived in Ankara on Tuesday evening for an official visit at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Head of the Turkish Presidency’s Communications Directorate, Burhanettin Duran, stated that the first meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council between Turkey and Malaysia will be held on Wednesday. Duran mentioned that several documents are expected to be signed during the meeting to strengthen the contractual basis of relations between the two countries. Regional and international issues will also be discussed.
