Ministry of Justice Secures Legal Triumph for Samarra Pharmaceuticals in Jordanian Courts

Amman: The Ministry of Justice has successfully won a lawsuit in the Jordanian courts on behalf of Samarra Pharmaceuticals. This legal victory mandates a Jordanian company to pay monetary compensation to the General Company for the Manufacture of Medicines and Medical Supplies, which operates under the Ministry of Industry and Minerals.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Legal Department of the Ministry of Justice announced the court's decision. Haitham Muhi Radhi, Director of the Legal Department, highlighted the significance of this achievement, emphasizing the Ministry's dedication to safeguarding public funds and upholding the rights of state institutions in international legal arenas.

The Director General also noted that this accomplishment showcases the expertise and proficiency of the Ministry's legal staff in managing complex international cases. The decision not only marks a significant legal success but also underlines the Ministry's role in protecting the interests of the state and its associated entities.
