Baghdad: President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid emphasized the necessity of making concerted efforts to turn Basra Governorate into a favorable environment for business and investment. During a meeting held at Baghdad Palace with Basra Governor Asaad Al-Eidani, discussions focused on the security, economic, and political conditions of the region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, President Rashid highlighted Basra’s strategic geographical location, underscoring its potential to become an attractive destination for businessmen and investors.
