Baghdad: Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi offered his condolences on Friday following the passing of King Harald V of Norway.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister’s Media Office issued a press release stating that Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi sent a telegram of condolence to the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Norway, Jonas Gahr St¸re. In the telegram, he expressed his condolences to the Norwegian people and prayed for peace and rest for the soul of the late King.
