Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin affirmed that Russia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are cooperating closely within the framework of the OPEC+ alliance, which effectively contributes to the stability of oil markets.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during a ceremony at the Kremlin to receive the credentials of several new Foreign Ambassadors, Putin stated, "The bilateral partnership with the Kingdom is expanding successfully and becoming more profound." He pointed out that "the two countries are coordinating closely within the OPEC+ alliance, which effectively helps maintain the stability of the global oil market."
