Tehran: The Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s intelligence service announced today, Monday, the arrest and summoning of 735 people since the beginning of the recent events, on charges of affiliation with groups hostile to the country’s security.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the intelligence service stated that its forces also rehabilitated and guided approximately 11,000 individuals at risk, as part of ongoing security and preventative measures.
The statement further detailed that 743 unlicensed weapons were seized during security operations, and 46 individuals were identified with proven links to foreign entities. The Revolutionary Guard’s intelligence service confirmed that these measures are part of maintaining security and stability and confronting any threats to the country’s security.
