Maysan: Unidentified gunmen killed a security element in Al-Kahla district of Maysan.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the victim sustained a direct head injury, which led to his immediate death.

The incident is reported to have stemmed from an old tribal feud. Security forces have since cordoned off the area and launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the attack and identify the perpetrators.
