Baghdad:Senior Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Hussein al-Awadi, arrived in Diyala Governorate at the head of a security delegation. This visit was in line with the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Awadi commenced his field tour at the Martyr Colonel Mahmoud Khalid al-Taie checkpoint in the Al-Ghalibiya area. The purpose of this tour was to review the security situation and follow up on the measures being taken in the governorate.
