Baghdad: The Coordination Framework has underscored the necessity of intensifying security efforts to maintain the current level of security and stability within the nation.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Framework's media office revealed that Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani convened a meeting with the leaders of the Coordination Framework. The meeting, attended by the head of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the deputy commander of the Joint Operations Command, focused on assessing the nation's security situation and the preparedness of the armed and security forces.
The discussions highlighted the ongoing efforts to bolster security following the Prime Minister's recent visit to the border area with Syria. The meeting also addressed the broader regional and international contexts, particularly the swiftly changing circumstances in Syria, reinforcing the need to enhance security measures to preserve the nation's stability.
