Mosul: The first international flight from Mosul International Airport to Medina, Saudi Arabia, departed today.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Nineveh Governor Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil stated that the flight is carrying more than 150 pilgrims. This marks the beginning of a series of international flights that will commence successively in the near future.
Al-Dakhil confirmed that the local government has undertaken efforts to prepare all the necessary administrative and service requirements to ensure the comfort of the pilgrims.
