The engineering effort of the 23rd Brigade in the popular crowd dismantled on Wednesday, two explosive devices in the area of Awasja east of the district of Tuz.
“The engineering effort of the 23rd Brigade in the popular crowd was able to dismantle two explosive devices in the Awasja area east of the district of Tuz Khurmato,” the statement said, adding that these two bombs were planted by the white Banners group to target the security forces and the popular mobilization forces.
On Wednesday morning (February 7th), the Popular Crowd Forces and the security forces began clearing and securing operation in areas east of the district of Tuz Khurmato.
