Baghdad: The US State Department: welcomed Iraq’s initiative to detain ISIS members in secure facilities on its territory.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that non-Iraqi terrorists will remain in Iraq temporarily. Rubio emphasized the importance of countries repatriating their citizens who are held in ISIS prisons for trial.
